The finale for the show, titled "Once Upon A Time: Fairy Tale Meets Fashion" was a collection styled by Eric McKinney and Missy Young and featuring Alice's painted flower dress created out of flowers by the Blossom Shop, providing an edgy and high fashion take on popular fairy tale characters like Snow White, Alice, Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty and several others.

Hairstyling for the runway was provided by Mackenzie Lane Knisley, Valerie Harville, Stephanie Greene, and Melissa Shelton. Music was provided by DJ Preston Husk, and the event was MC'd by Andi Beason. Styling and backstage assistance by Leah Noe and Frankie O'Neil.
