   Here's a sneak peek from my recent shoot with 6:12 Model Management's Haley B. wearing the designs of Charles Josef. Haley and I had the opportunity to spend the day in downtown Asheville with Charles back in December. His designs fit her so perfectly, they looked like they were made just for her. Proud of Haley, and it's always a privilege to work with such a talented designer!

   Charles Josef began to sew and design as a small child with his grandmother, a sample seamstress in the New York Garment District, as his teacher. This childhood interest turned into a lifelong passion and a true calling which shows in every garment that he designs. Charles has designed for men, women and children in every category from underwear to evening wear, using his experience in classical tailoring as a guide for each garment. His specialty is finely made luxury evening and bridal attire, and he also offers a full range of custom design services.

I met Lori through the Steampunk and Chakra collections of designers Kelly Jones and Diane Corey, and Lori immediately connected with the 6:12 lens. Since that time, we've shot everything from high fashion to scary clowns, and she's been a part of both cycles of WERK the RUNWAY. She always shows such comfort and ease when she steps in front of the camera, and the photos that we create together are full of intensity.

Frankie B. with Silver Model Management - Set 2

   6:12 Photography is starting off the new year with a throwback to last autumn in New York City and Rahway, NJ. Check out the second set of photos from my shoot with fitness and high fashion model, Frankie Bougher. Styled by H&M and Urban Outfitters, Frankie and I spent hours shooting in New York City's Chelsea district and High Line park. With his incredible hair, his sexy physique and his great sense of fashion, Frankie was one of the highlight's to my last trip to the Big Apple!

Year in Review: Top Photo Shoots of 2015

2015 has been a strong year for 6:12 Photography and photographer, Eric McKinney. It's the second year that I've been blessed to be able to call photography my full-time job, and I've enjoyed each and every opportunity to be behind the lens.
   One of the highlights of this year was teaming up with the talented makeup artist, Missy Young to take on new and even more creative concepts for our photo shoots. In addition to working together on photo shoots, Missy asked me to partner with her in creating a high fashion runway event in our local community --- "WERK the RUNWAY." After two successful cycles of the event, we've managed to involve designers from all over, including Charles Josef in Asheville, Victoria Wilmoth in Atlanta, Marian Gibson in Charleston, and Paulie Gibson from St. Louis who has been featured on hit tv series America's Next Top Model Cycle 20 and in Los Angeles Fashion Week.
   As well as partnering together for WERK the RUNWAY, Missy and I decided to open up our own modeling agency, 6:12 Model Management so that we could continue to focus on managing and developing the models that we work with so frequently.
   2015 was filled with travel and opportunity. I've worked with models in cities all over the country, including Asheville, Cincinnati, New York City and Miami. I've connected with agencies like Silver Model Management (the leading fitness model agency in the country) and NEXT Models (the leading modeling agency in the world).
