The LA / Hollywood Collection: Taylor Makohoniuk - Set 1

Here's the first set of portraits from my shoot with Taylor Makohoniuk. 


During my time working in Los Angeles, I had the fortunate opportunity to meet this talented musician at a Barnes & Noble at the Grove. With his surfer sense of style and his hair, he caught my attention, so I approached him about doing a photo shoot and a few days later he was in front of the 6:12 lens on the picturesque Venice Beach. 

You may recognize Taylor and his incredible voice from American Idol Season 12 when he made it to the group rounds at Hollywood Week. You'll be seeing more of Taylor soon, because he's working on some big things for his music in the months ahead. This is one guy you want to keep an eye on, and one artist you need to add to your playlists.

   Here's the best portraits from my shoot with actor/model, Schyler Regalia on the colorful streets of West Hollywood, California.

   Born and raised in Virginia, Schy developed a strong passion for acting and modeling when he was a teenager. When he turned 20, he moved to LA to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. So far, he's done a lot of background work and some photo shoots, and he's currently seeking professional training for acting while he submits himself to agencies.

   Schyler was a blast to work with, eager to take direction and make some strong shots. With that kind of dedication, I'm sure that his dreams will soon be within reach.
